PAW PAW - Christine Bend Doughty, owner of Beaver Den Tavern and Grill in Earlville, has opened a second location of her business in Paw Paw. The Beaver Den Tavern and Grill in Paw Paw, formerly the “Two Paws” bar and grill, has undergone a sprucing up by the new owner. The interior still features the iconic mural of Paw Paw, painted years ago by David Larsen, which has been preserved and appreciated.
The whole town has enthusiastically welcomed the opening, with overwhelming attendance the first days the business has been open.
At the Paw Paw location, kitchen hours are Tuesday-Saturday 11 a.m.-2 p.m. & 5-8 p.m.; Sundays 4-8 p.m.; closed Mondays. To-go orders can be placed by calling (815) 627-2377.
