MENDOTA – A 22-year-old Mendota man was arrested on two felony charges at 9:55 am. June 13.
Matthew R. Spayer, of 1014 Meadowview Drive, was charged with unlawful dissemination of sexual content without consent and unauthorized video recording and live video transmission. The Mendota Police Department investigated and purport that Spayer disseminated sexually explicit photographs and video where he did not receive prior consent from the victim.
Spayer was transported to the LaSalle County Jail for a bond hearing. The LaSalle County State’s Attorney’s Office will further review the case for additional charges.
