MENDOTA – Join the Graves-Hume Public Library and Illinois Valley Hispanic Partnership Council as they celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month on Saturday, Sept. 30.

A fun day is planned for the whole family as there will be a craft at 10:30 a.m., book reading at 11 a.m., Lotería (similar to BINGO) at 11:30 a.m., and the Ballet Folklorico de Colores at noon.
