MENDOTA – In celebration of Barbara Lucas Flanagan’s 90th birthday on Thursday, Nov. 30, the family is having a card shower in honor of her special day.

She grew up in the Tiskilwa/Princeton area, the oldest of nine children. She graduated from La Moille High School.

Barbara married Daniel Flanagan on Sept. 3, 1955. They recently celebrated 68 years of marriage. They have five children, 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
