EARLVILLE - Cloyce "Bud" Butler, 68, of Earlville died Dec. 2, 2012 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 7 at the Earlville United Presbyterian Church in Earlville with Pastor Del Keilman officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 6 at the Hanley-Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Earlville.
Mr. Butler was born May 29, 1944 in Arkansas to Floyd and Ruby (Weaver) Butler. He married Patricia Schoo on May 26, 2001 in Earlville.
Survivors include his wife of Earlville; one son, Kevin (Alicia) Butler of Roscoe; one daughter, Sheila Butler of Oswego; one step-daughter, Kristen (Jeremy Tilllman) Schoo of Earlville; three grandchildren, Catie Abel, Arron (Paige) Butler and Erik Butler; one sister, Pat (John) Hoyt of Hundred, W.V.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Butler was a dedicated employee of Pomps Tire Service of Green Bay, Wis. for many years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all who knew him.
