The baby weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces. Maternal grandparents are Gerald and Lorraine Becket of Mendota. Paternal grandparents are Thom and Judy Lofthouse of Loves Park. Paternal great-grandparents are Max and Patricia Andrae of Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.

Adam Betz and Emily Erickson-Betz of Compton are parents of Bradley Patrick, born Nov. 5, 2012, in DeKalb. The baby weighed 7 pounds, 14.5 ounces and was welcomed home by a sister, Brianna, 1. Maternal grandparents are the Rev. Gary and Pat Erickson of DeKalb. Paternal grandparent is Paul Betz of Compton. Maternal great-grandparents are Joan Kelly, and Dean and Kay Erickson of Madison, Wis. Paternal great-grandparent is Virginia Piller of Mendota.
