UTICA - Patricia A. Hoelzer, 71, of Utica died May 22, 2013 at the home of her daughter in Ottawa.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 29 at St. Johnís Lutheran Church, Mendota with Rev. Dale Peterson officiating. Burial will be at the Troy Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28 at the Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota.
Mrs. Hoelzer was born June 1, 1941 in Streator to John and Louise (Staver) Yusko. She married Eldon Hoelzer on Feb. 11, 1961.
Survivors include her husband of Utica; two sons, Kenneth (Colleen) Hoelzer and Randall (Dawn) Hoelzer, both of Utica; three daughters, Beth (Jim) Johnson Jr. of Utica, Sheila (Dan) Bittner of Ottawa and Denise (Kevin) Koopman of Anchorage, Alaska; 14 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one brother, Jack Yusko of Bloomington; and three sisters, Sharon Rowe, Kathy Bushma and Debra Storm, all of Streator.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three grandchildren in infancy.
Mrs. Hoelzer was a member of St. Johnís Lutheran Church, Mendota.
Memorials may be directed to the family for a memorial to be established.
