Lorna E. Crews

MENDOTA - Lorna E. Crews, 87, of Mendota died Oct. 3, 2012 at Rochelle Community Hospital.

There will be no services. Cremation rites were accorded. Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota provided the arrangements.

Mrs. Crews was born March 17, 1925 in Walnut to Ilo and Urado (Heinz) Tower. She married Russell Crews on Dec. 25, 1950 in Iowa.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Larry Wittgan of San Antonio, Texas and William Wittgan of Mendota; two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

Mrs. Crews was a homemaker.
