Spikers falter in two BNC matches

A powerful Rock Falls team proved to be too much for Mendota to handle in a 25-17, 25-12 decision over the Spikers in Big Northern Conference varsity volleyball action on Oct. 2 at Rock Falls.

The Spikers dropped another conference road contest as they were on the short end of a 25-20, 25-19 score at Oregon on Oct. 4.

Mendota's records stand at 17-9-1 overall and 5-5 in the conference.
