CONTRIBUTING

TO A CHILD

Juan P. Carreon, 18, of LaSalle was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a child after police officers responded to the report of a missing juvenile in the 1000 block of Burlington Street at 4:32 a.m. Oct. 14. The juvenile was located and returned home. Carreon posted bond and was released with a court date.



WARRANT ARREST

Sergio Magallanes, 35, of 205 Sandra Ave., J1, Mendota, was arrested at 3:52 p.m. Oct. 17 on an outstanding warrant from LaSalle County for the criminal felony of driving while license revoked. The subject was transported to the LaSalle County Jail.



DRIVER CITED

Jose R. Escatel, 27, of 100 S. First Ave., Mendota, was charged with no valid driver’s license and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle after a traffic stop in the 200 block of Fifth Street at 12:33 p.m. Oct. 18. The subject posted bond and was released with a court date.



BATTERY

Joshua E. House, 25, of 1606 W. Main St., Mendota, was charged with battery after police officers responded to the report of a fight in the 800 block of Main Street at 2:25 p.m. Oct. 18. The subject was released with a notice to appear in court.



ALCOHOL CHARGES

Jennifer M. Francis, 20, of 705 ˝ Washington St., Mendota, Jordan E. Lewis, 19, of 705 ˝ Washington St., Mendota, and Ananda R. McCraney, 19, of 705 ˝ Washington St., Mendota, were charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor after police officers observed a fight in the 700 block of Washington Street at 10:38 p.m. Oct. 18. Also, Matthew J. Watson, 18, of 705 ˝ Washington St., Mendota, was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. All the subjects were released with notices to appear in court.



PAIR ARRESTED

Brody Dean Dinges, 17, of 393 E. Highway 52, Mendota, was charged with possession of cannabis after police officers responded to an incident at 3:35 p.m. Oct. 19. Also, Jordan E. Lewis, 19, of 705 ˝ Washington St., Mendota, was charged with resisting or obstructing a peace officer. Both subjects were released with court dates.
